Answered by a security engineer reading your problem — not a qualification call from someone working through a script.
Who you are
Name, company and your role, so the reply comes from the right level rather than a generic one.
What you need
The service, the standard you are certifying against, or the problem in a paragraph. Rough is fine.
Scope and timing
Sites, users or applications in scope, and any audit or board date you are working back from.
